Processing Time All orders are produced on demand and typically take 3–7 business days to be made before shipping.

Delivery Times Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch International: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Cancellations As all items are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Please contact us immediately at 7heartsplus1@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
