At Heart2Heart, all products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 7heartsplus1@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items As all products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your last item, for any reason. Please contact us at 7heartsplus1@gmail.com to initiate this process.
