Refund Policy
At Heart2Heart, all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of every Heart2Heart product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
To lodge a claim, please email us at hi@heart2heartshop.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
You do not need to return the item — we will arrange a reprint or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Please contact us at hi@heart2heartshop.com to initiate this process.
